At Pearl Vogue, each piece is a work of quiet artistry.

As we specialize in high-end jewelry crafted in limited quantities, many designs are produced in small batches or made to order. Our collections evolve regularly to introduce new creations, so availability may vary at the time of purchase.

All of our pieces are meticulously handcrafted in Japan. Each piece requires approximately 25-30 days for production and quality control upon order confirmation, which includes international shipping time from Japan to our New York studio. Once received and inspected, we carefully prepare your package for final shipment.​

Packaging

Each piece is delivered in our signature gift box, designed for both presentation and protection — perfect for gifting or personal safekeeping.

For international customers, we take extra care to ensure discreet yet secure packaging.

Shipping & Tracking

All items are shipped securely from New York after completion. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your item has shipped.

We primarily use FedEx, DHL, or EMS, depending on your location, the value of the piece, and your region’s customs procedures.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the total purchase value.

For high-value orders, we may require adult signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt. Shipping insurance may also be applied depending on item value and destination.

Order Confirmation & Verification

For high-value orders, Pearl Vogue may contact customers to confirm order details prior to shipment. This additional verification helps ensure secure transactions and accurate delivery.

Pearl Vogue reserves the right to cancel or hold orders that appear suspicious or inconsistent with standard purchasing patterns.

Cancellations

As each piece is produced or reserved upon order, cancellations are not accepted once an order has been confirmed.

Because many designs are produced or reserved specifically for each order, this policy ensures that materials and resources are allocated efficiently.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Each item is carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure it meets our standards and matches its description.

If you wish to request a return, please email us at info@pearlvogue.com  within 3 days of receiving your item to initiate a Return Authorization (RMA) request.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the delivery date.

Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange:

• Items must be returned in original, unused condition

• All original packaging, certificates, tags, and documentation must be included

• Items must show no signs of wear, alteration, resizing, or damage

Pearl Vogue reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Inspection & Refund Processing

All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival.

Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Return shipments must be:

• Fully insured

• Trackable

• Adult  signature required upon delivery

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees that may arise during the return process.

Pearl Vogue is not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged during return shipment.

​

If a returned item incurs unpaid customs duties or import charges, Pearl Vogue reserves the right to deduct these costs from the refund amount or refuse the return.

Return Eligibility Guidelines

• Items that arrive damaged or not as described are eligible for a full refund or exchange.

• If the item matches the description but the return is due to personal preference, returns may be considered case-by-case and may be subject to restocking or production cost adjustments.

• Shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.

• Customized, resized, altered, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

• Sale items are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
