For Custom or Private Orders
When you click “Add to Cart” and submit your order, it will be placed directly through our website.
After a 24-hour cooling-off period, you will receive a secure Stripe Invoice via email for payment by ACH bank transfer.
Once payment is confirmed, we will initiate the preparation process for your order.

 

For International Customers (Outside the United States)

If you are placing an order from outside the United States, please indicate your country during checkout or in your order note.
For international orders, we will provide Wire Transfer (SWIFT) details along with your invoice.

Invoice Timing & 24-Hour Cooling Period

For ACH and Wire Transfer orders, payment invoices are issued 24 hours after your order is placed.
This provides a 24-hour cooling period during which you may cancel your order with no obligation or payment required.
After the invoice is sent and payment has been received, your order will be processed and prepared for insured shipment.
