ABOUT SHIPPING

  • Usually, We need 7-15 days to process your order from the day we receive the order.

  • 30-45 Days Free Delivery in the United States.

  • Plus USD150.00 for International shipping is available and must be selected during checkout for all shipments outside of the US. Packages will be sent through the United States Postal Service and are subject to local customs, duties, and taxes. The delivery cycle is about 45-60 days according to our experience, but delivery times vary based on location.

 

 We will send a shipping confirmation email when we deliver your item(s) from New York.  You can check your shipping status using the tracking number at any time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Before sending your package, if you request a refund, please send an email to info@pearlvogue.com to request a Return Authorization within three days of the day of receiving items. Our return policy is valid 14 days from the day of receiving items. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds after 14 days of the day of receiving items.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

***We may reject the customer's return and exchange requests if the customer fails to follow this returns and exchange process.

 

 

Refunds and Exchanges of Standard and Pre-order (if applicable)

The jewelry customers received are consistent with our product descriptions, and we have delivered the correct jewelry customers purchased without any damage. In this case, we cannot be exchanged and returned.
 

***Please send an email to info@pearlvogue.com if the customer insists on a return request. We will deduct 40% from the payment, and the buyer will bear the shipping cost. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and refund 60% of the payment within 2-4 business days.

 

On sale items/Discount items/Special items  (if applicable)

Unfortunately, on-sale items, discount items, and special items cannot be exchanged and returned.

Gemstone jewelry

Unfortunately, Gemstone jewelry cannot be exchanged and returned.

Customize items (if applicable)

The item that is not in stock and must produce specifically at the client's request will not be refunded. More details...
