Processing Time & Availability

At Pearl Vogue, each piece is a work of quiet artistry.

As we specialize in high-end jewelry crafted in limited quantities, many designs are produced in small batches or made to order. Our collections evolve regularly to introduce new creations, so availability may vary at the time of purchase.

All of our pieces are meticulously handcrafted in Japan. Each piece requires approximately 20–25 days for production and quality control upon order confirmation, which includes international shipping time from Japan to our New York studio. Once received and re-inspected, we carefully prepare your package for final shipment.


Packaging

Each piece is delivered in our signature gift box, designed for both presentation and protection — perfect for gifting or personal safekeeping. For international customers, we take extra care to ensure discreet yet secure packaging.


Shipping & Tracking

All items are shipped securely from New York after completion. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your item has shipped.

We primarily use FedEx, DHL, or EMS, depending on your location, value of the piece, and your region’s customs procedures.

Shipping fees are based on the total purchase value at checkout. For high-value orders, we may request adult signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt. Insurance may also be applied depending on value and region.


Cancellations

As each piece is produced or reserved upon order, cancellations are not accepted after confirmation. As most pieces are produced or reserved upon order, this policy ensures that materials and resources are allocated efficiently.


Returns & Exchange Policy

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Each item is carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure it meets our standards and matches its description.

If you wish to request a return, please email us at info@pearlvogue.com within 3 days of receiving your item to initiate a return request. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the date you receive your item. Items must be returned in original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Please note that returns without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Return Eligibility Guidelines

  • Items that arrive damaged or do not match the product description are eligible for a full refund or exchange.

  • If the item matches the description but the return is due to personal preference or non-quality-related reasons, we will consider the return on a case-by-case basis. Any refund offered will be based on the production cost of the item and assessed accordingly. Shipping fees and applicable taxes are non-refundable.

  • Customized, resized, altered, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

  • Sale items are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
